THE AUDIO RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK detects any hazardous noise in the environment through sound waves. Even the quietest cutter sounds are measurable at high ambient noise levels. Even if thieves try to trick the alarm. Our audio recognition framework builds on AI-powered computer vision: image recognition algorithms evaluate spectrograms directly on the embedded device without connecting to the cloud. Our alarm systems recognize the sounds that are made in the process and can learn. At Truck Norris, we use specialized structure-borne sound microphones and sample at 96 kHz instead of the usual 32/48 kHz for spray detection. This gives our computer vision spectrograms greater significance. The smart device only transmits data and information such as crime scene and alarm type to the dashboard (GDPR-compliant). A wide range of connection protocols also enables use in regions with low network coverage.
STOP TARP SLASHERS: Our audio detection responds to typical tarp slasher sounds as well as vandalism: The clacking of the mixing ball and the spray sound of the aerosol can. The system works even without visual contact with the graffiti sprayers.
SAFE AND GDPR-COMPLIANT. The system has been trained on various microphone types, but can also be extended to larger microphone arrays. The smart device only transmits data and information such as crime scene and alarm type to the dashboard (GDPR compliant).
WE HAVE CUT TYPES along the X/Y axis, variable speeds, different cutting tools tested in practice on tarp trucks in parking lots. The Truck Norris prototype is already operating at 98% Accuracy Training on background noise.
